Tucked behind restrictive walls with dark countertops and bulky upper cabinets, this Juanita, Kirkland townhouse kitchen was anything but inviting. Elevated Home Remodel transformed it from a cramped, disconnected space into a light filled, open kitchen by strategically removing walls and expanding sightlines throughout the main level. The existing window, once blocked, now floods the first floor with natural light, anchoring a beautifully curated organic modern aesthetic. It's a mid-century inspired renovation that gave this Kirkland home the design-forward heart it always deserved.

The new design flawlessly embodies the warm, organic modernstyle highly sought after in modern Juanita remodels. We blended classicmid-century modern inspiration with fresh, functional updates. The customcabinetry, featuring a stunning combination of warm wood and soft white,creates the signature focal point of space. It showcases the best of modernfunctionality married with timeless mid-century styling. For the surfaces,durable and beautiful mid-century statements the terrazzo-style quartz countertopsfrom Arizona Tile were installed, adding subtle texture, while the StatementsFlauti Sage Gloss tile backsplash introduces a playful pop of vintage color. Byeliminating the previous wall and heavy upper cabinets, the original window nowdramatically floods the space with natural light, which, in turn, beautifullyframes the picturesque greenery characteristic of the area.
