From the modern lighting design, including soft light sconces and a cascading chandelier, to the calming color palette and curated accents, every detail in this Kirkland master bathroom renovation was carefully selected to reflect timeless elegance. The finished space is a serene, spa-inspired sanctuary—perfectly suited to the style and comfort of the Houghton neighborhood lifestyle.

We reimagined the layout to enhance flow and create a morespacious feel, removing the built-in tub and replacing it with a sculpturalfreestanding soaking tub that adds a sense of serenity. The shower wasredefined with a frameless glass enclosure and eye-catching vertical whitepicket tile from Arizona Tile, it’s a subtle yet striking choice that bringstexture and dimension to the walls. This tile’s elongated shape draws the eyeupward, making the shower feel taller and more expansive. Dual vanities toppedwith Unique Calacatta Quartz provide a fresh, clean foundation, while brushednickel and gold hardware ties the look together with warmth and sophistication.
