Modern Farmhouse Renovation in Kirkland's Ross Hill

This extensive remodel breathed new life into a charming home nestled in Kirkland's sought-after Ross Hill neighborhood. Our clients, a young couple with a discerning eye for design, desired a modern farmhouse aesthetic throughout their newly acquired residence. The project encompassed a complete overhaul of three bathrooms and a laundry room, transforming these essential spaces into stylish and functional havens.

Beyond aesthetics, we prioritized functionality and space optimization, particularly in the bathrooms. Curbless walk-in showers create a seamless flow and visually expand the floor area, lending an air of spaciousness.  Wall-mounted toilets contribute to the modern aesthetic while freeing up valuable floor space.  Ingenious features like recessed shampoo niches and inset medicine cabinets maximize storage without compromising the clean lines of the design.  To elevate the experience further, we incorporated high-end fixtures, including Toto toilets with bidet functionality for the ultimate in comfort and hygiene.

We meticulously crafted each room to reflect the modern farmhouse style, incorporating signature elements such as custom-made white oak shaker vanities, which exude warmth and sophistication.  The bathrooms are adorned with striking black hexagonal floor tiles, creating a dramatic contrast against the crisp white walls and fixtures.  Black plumbing hardware and accents further enhance the modern aesthetic, adding a touch of industrial chic.

The homeowners, a family of three, that recently bought this house, desired a modern but still timeless kitchen design that maximized natural light and functionality. Our team reimagined the layout, relocating the kitchen to the center of the home to create a family-friendly hub for cooking, dining, and gathering. This strategic move opened up the floor plan and improved the flow of the home, creating a more welcoming and spacious atmosphere.
