Shoreline Rambler a Mid-Century Modern Transformation
As part of a complete Shoreline home renovation, this mid-century modern kitchen remodel beautifully balances nostalgic warmth with sleek, contemporary luxury. To transform the originally cramped, narrow galley layout, our design team opened up the space and introduced a spacious peninsula with seating, creating a bright, airy, and highly social hub. The design features a stunning, organic color palette that pairs flat-panel cabinetry in a rich vertical wood grain with perimeter cabinets in a sophisticated, matte forest green. Bright, seamless countertops and minimalist matte black hardware offer a high-contrast contemporary edge, while the absolute showstopper of the room is the arched beverage bar. Framed by a soft, custom architectural curve, this focal point showcases a bold, geometric charcoal-green tile backsplash, thick floating timber shelves, and an integrated prep area, delivering a perfect mix of retro graphic pattern and high-end modern functionality.
